That’s not for an SS1 - the exhaust ports don’t match the CVH. The turbo also sits at an angle as well on the SS1.

I did wonder as the choke flaps are open. You should be able to set the choke with a full press of the throttle before turning the ignition on - this should close the flaps and set the idle speed to “cold”. When the engine is running, the blue canister should be receiving volts (about 8 or 9 I think...
