Ok......how about the Black diamond brake hoses? It says that there are 6 hoses, states that they’re for the SS1 and SST from ‘85 on. These are a bit more expensive at £84.24. Also I intend to strip and rebuild the front calipers. Where can I buy the seals and pistons? Use Mini sport nr Bradford fo...

I'd agree with Corky, on modern clever stuff the CC is slightly less economical, but much less tiring over 200-300 motorway miles, but on an old car with 3/4spds and thirsty engine it may well be better, I don't know.
