Never thought about it before.......was there a mix of laminated & toughened - or were all the screens laminated? I think I have a spare, untinted windscreen in my lock-up......but, no idea what type it is....

A great backdrop to the advertised car. Mr. Read was recently hospitalised with pneumonia but is still active in the motorcycling world from what I can see. It would be interesting if he could be contacted about the car & could give his memories of it.....

If they're like the earlier SE5 one they go the consistency of liquorice which causes clattering - especially on an uphill take-off....Back light could be an oxidised bullet connector but, as you say, most likely an earth..........But am sure all is resolved by now?
