You are setting the choke by pushing the throttle to the floor Before starting to. Set the choke flaps ? If so check the. Choke is actually closing
Which accuspark do you have (not the stealth I hope ) mine did this on stealth in the cold only. once I got it going it would drive perfectly (now on contacts with no problems ) will be fitting a new red accuspark in the summer.

It should be running on 20/50 oil I tried using the 15/40 on one of my old motorbikes and it did the same. The pressure dropped (though not as low as yours seems to have dropped ) I went back to 20/50 and it sorted it out .The pressure went up to its normal which was 70 psi.
