Hiya, can anyone pm me and I'll give them a call. I could do with some advice on how to do fibreglass repairs. The engine bay is a tad tatty and holes have been cut out . I simply don't know the best way to repair them. Do i cut fibreglass shapes to fit the holes then try to make good or do i feathe...

looks great. Last year I also bought a rx8 5 speed and adaptor plate to put behind the essex but the omega 3.2 made that redundant !

no mandrel bend steel. Not my first choice, I wanted stainless but he wasn't keen on that so I wasn't going to throw a hissy fit. He did it as a sort of favour anyway.. I'm just chuffed, cant wait

Depending on engine torque, diff ratio and wheel/tyre sizes, some people use the 6 speed as a 5 speed box and ignore first gear.
Hmm that seems a good idea, giving you a longer 'first use' gear ?

Mx5 or rx8. If rx8 I understand the 5 speed is the better box. ?

quite exciting though . The orange car's is ready, ie exhausts are made up. so its a case of getting this pile of omega sent to the scrap yeard and on the way back pick up the orange scimitar. A few weeks fettling and should be bob's yer daddies brother

Unlike the underneath. rusty as hell. Why don't the spend their r&d on rust prevention...
