Claim to fame

I was on Motor mouth as a young boy (Saturday morning show in the late 80s)

I was on the gadget show about 6 years ago as part of the team that built a chainsaw powered Street luge.

Oh and I'm 1476th in line to the Dutch throne.

Essex water pump to thermostat hose

Both right, sort of. water pump end is 16 mm thermostat end is smaller but a small piece of garden hose gets round that. If you'd like a blue hose I have a spare bit just the right length.

Not using stub axles and fitting new trunnions, so no problem. I've forgotten where I got the spare suspension from, I did buy a job lot a few years ago so maybe from there. You have reminded me Jim, grease nipples on trunnions? I seem to remember that is a good idea to fit some I'm I correct?

So interestingly I found these while taking apart one side of the spare suspension from the garage ready to paint and rebush, the other side was aready apart. They are 6mm thick, I might pop into the machine shop at work tomorrow if I've got time and borrow a lathe for 1/2 hour to make some. 2018070...

I just wanted the look of the front being lower than the back, without catching every speed bump in Somerset. I'll give it some thought.

Wishbone swap

Ok people possible stupid question time. I'm planning to lower the front of Rat Rod by swapping the wish bones. I've searched the forum and if I read correctly, the way to do it is swap left to right and front to back. So the rear right would become the front left and the front right becomes the rea...
