coupe parts wanted

Bought my Trico washer bottle 30 years ago from a trader at Beaulieu. It was in a box of at least twenty NOS :o How I wish I'd bought a few of them... I've also got door handles that were on my Coupe. Chrome isn't perfect. Again, I bought new ones years ago. I don't have the original keys so the loc...

660XYB Engine fix

The clutch is now 7/8 inch thick, face to face, in case anyone wonders how worn their clutch is. Just measured up my old clutch plate before contacting Nigel at QRG in response to his appeal on FB, and it's barely a 1/4 inch  Glad to see everything's going back together nicely Philip :D Guy

Greenham Common meetings

Not far from me :D
Last time I was up there, it was still closed to the public, although the U.S. had left.

I think I'd definitely want more clarity before I'd spend any money. A rebuilt GTC on a GTC chassis, is a vastly different thing from a rebuilt "GTC" on a GTE chassis.....
Especially one that was allegedly scrapped :?

Denpart GTC surfaces

He says in the ad that the chassis is the GTE? And as mentioned earlier, would also be the reason the seller is claiming it could be tax free next year. If it was the GTC, it wouldn't be tax free earlier than 2021 - although knowing what it says is the registration date on the v5c would be useful! ...

Denpart GTC surfaces

Surely it'll never be non-mot status as suggested in the eBay advert....pretty highly modified from original isn't it? If it's only the body shell that has changed, maybe not. It's an alternative style that was available from Reliant. I would think it would only depend what non original mechanical'...

Was for sale last July at £10,950.

GOX 913W GTC joins the yellow fleet.

Nice colour. Update for the register please :D Guy Errrm, it is the same car GOX 913W! The painter recently gave me his photos of the job he did a few years ago, so I uploaded them to the project thread. Colour is a Ford cherry red which is also known as Nightfire as used on some of the later three...

My midlife GTC

Progress: Not really :? Prompted by 'the Golden Coupe' thread, I too seem to be going backwards, rather than forwards (keep at it Roy, it WILL come good :D ) With the brakes still in pieces, but most parts replaced or refurbished, and ready to refit, I have done a little cleaning up. I knew the fron...

I gave all the pics to Dave Poole, our archivist
And as a matter of interest, you get a photo-credit for the two Target images in Elvis' book :D
I really should get a copy of his book

Did this ever get made?

I gave the 'Target' some thought back in the early 90's, when it was marketed. I wrote to Town's for details and got a letter, some photos and price details from him. About £5k iirc. I gave all the pics to Dave Poole, our archivist :D
