SCIMITAR FRANCE

Sorry, the site is down again.
As is usual in our modern times, each 'update' results in a worse situation.
The old 'platform' of HostPapa worked perfectly, since they migrated my site I have nothing but problems.
I have again carried out a major update, but you'll have to wait to see it.

I can only sympathise Peter, I also seem to always have problems that no-one can understand (not even my psychologist)

Sabra et Sabre en Belgique

I know Chris G posted a report and pics of last year's Sabra/Sabre rally at Mons but I don't think these pics have been seen.

Bogging at 4000 rpm

I finally bought a new Wallbro pump with 8 mm push-ons. It actually comes with an 8 mm and a 12 mm push-on, plus an extra 8 mm if that's what you ordered. So I could have saved a lot of messing about ... Anyway, job done, I went to this month's meeting in brilliant sunshine and all is well with the ...

Une Scimitar a (à) la cote

Shamed by Philippe into action, here are some pics from today's meeting in the port of St Laurent-du-Var (which of course is not in the Var  ) First time at this particular venue, lots of new faces and of course Dark Star attracted just as much attention as the red Corvette. Sorry the photos a...

Alternative Coupé register ;-)

Nice one Pete, thanks for the details.
Ex Geoff Cooper (DDR 898C as Phil said).

The site is back online and nearly up to date

A couple of hiccups in the indexing but I'll put that right in the next update.

Lovely Rover V8 for sale

I thought I'd already posted this but apparently not  Beautiful car lovingly restored by Nick Matthews before his untimely departure. I am very tempted but the boss says we have already too many old cars (is this possible?) For the anecdote, I had a rendezvous to buy a Rover V8 the very day th...

SE6a french wake up after a long sleep

Surely on an Essex it would be an inch size ?
I know from experience that there are all sorts of threads on a SE6b  but everything is british on a SE6a.

SCIMITAR FRANCE

Right, thanks to Jim we seem to be operational again. iWeb was trying to upload the site modifications to 64.34.68.40 which no longer exists. HostPapa forgot to tell me they had changed the IP number  In fact, worse than that, they specifically said I wouldn't need to do anything during the mi...

Me too, the fault was in the (lack of) connection to the terminal(s) although it looked ok from the exterior.

SCIMITAR FRANCE

It's some time since I updated this thread, though not the site. However, that is the latest problem, since HostPapa changed their hosting to a whiz new 'plateforme' I can no longer update. It tells me that the IP 64.34.68.40 is inaccessible. Looking up that IP it doesn't list Scimitar France, but t...
