Thanks again Mike :D :D 8) 8) won't be attempting the repair, but will strip brake components off this weekend but maybe start getting bits together ready to make the jig.

Thanks Mike, it has given me a start point, It looks like the 1/2 shafts have to be removed and the axle stripped down, so I might as well replace the seals and bearings at the same time.

I have checked the alignment of the uj's, they cannot be out as the bottom one is welded to the shaft, and the center one can only fit one way due to the milled portion.
